We were in a difficult situation when my brother passed at his home in Long Island and we were Living in Michigan with no living relatives to help us at all. With only a week available for us to make all the arrangements we were in panic mode. While cruising to find a place to eat we saw a Coldwell reality office and decided in a moment to find ourselves a realtor which we did in the person of Lori Arav. She listened patiently to our entire tale of troubles and assured us that selling a house under such conditions would work. She then made room in her schedule to visit the house with us and began the process. The house and property were in bad shape due to my brother's COPD and she began immediately to organize a strategy to sell the house "as is." Throughout the weeks that followed she kept in constant touch, arranged to have two old cars removed from the property, had all the locks replaced after what may have been a break in, and even made arrangements to successfully locate the CO for our lawyer. She helped us sift through the offers and guided us to an excellent choice for a purchaser - all by phone. We could not have picked out a more compassionate, knowledgeable, reliable, and thorough agent if we would have tried. For us she represents the very best in the real estate business.
